By using FYND services, you agree to the following terms of use.
1. Parties and Definitions
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are concluded between the website operated by FYND PARTNERSHIP (Alper Kağan Karakılıç, Onat Eröz, Ali Kaan Erdoğmuş, Ali Ömer Çetinkaya) and the natural persons ("User") who use the services offered through this site.
2. Scope of Service
FYND offers its users digital product presentation and virtual try-on features. The virtual try-on feature provides a simulation of how products may visually appear. This feature:
• Does not constitute a medical, cosmetic, aesthetic, or commercial guarantee,
• Does not guarantee that results will accurately reflect reality,
• Is provided solely for informational and experiential purposes.
3. Nature of Trial and Liability
Virtual try-on outputs may vary due to:
• User's device,
• Camera/image quality,
• Environmental conditions,
• Algorithmic limitations.
FYND Partnership is not responsible for decisions made based on these outputs.
4. User-Uploaded Content
The user acknowledges and warrants that all images uploaded to the site or shared via camera:
• belong to themselves,
• do not infringe on the rights of third parties,
• are not contrary to law, morality, or public order.
The following content is prohibited from being uploaded:
• Images belonging to others,
• Illegal, obscene, or misleading content,
• Images of children.
5. Intellectual Property
The intellectual and industrial property rights of the website, software, virtual try-on infrastructure, and all content belong to FYND Partnership. No license or ownership rights are transferred to the user.
6. Disputes and Enforcement
These Terms are subject to Turkish Law. Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for disputes.
